At Camille's Goodies, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality cakes and baked goods. Due to the nature of our products being perishable, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Returns

Since our products are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns on cakes or baked goods once they have been delivered or picked up. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you if there is an issue with your order.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds under certain conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order is damaged during shipping or upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will request photos of the damage to assess the situation. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the damage.

  • Incorrect Orders: If we made a mistake with your order (e.g., the wrong cake flavor, size, or design), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

  • Delivery Issues: If there are issues with the delivery that are caused by our team, such as missing items or incorrect delivery, we will make things right by providing a replacement or refund.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind: If you simply change your mind about the order or no longer wish to receive it.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect delivery address, and the product is successfully delivered to that address.
  • Products consumed or altered: Once the product has been consumed, altered, or improperly stored, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.
  • Custom Cakes: Custom orders, including special cake designs or flavors, are non-refundable once the order has been processed or baked. If you are unsure about your custom order, please contact us before finalizing your purchase.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you received a product that is incorrect or damaged, we will resolve the issue either by providing a replacement or offering a refund, as applicable.

5. How to Request a Refund or Report a Problem

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or baked. After this time, cancellations may not be possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • Custom Orders: Custom cakes and personalized orders cannot be canceled once the order is in the process of being created or baked. Please make sure to confirm all details before submitting a custom order.

7. Shipping and Delivery Issues

For any issues with delivery, including delays, please refer to our Shipping Policy. While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other external factors.
