1. What locations do we ship to?

We are proud to offer nationwide delivery across the United States. Currently, we are not shipping internationally, and we do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes or certain remote locations. We ship to most locations within the U.S., including cities and towns within a 25-mile radius of our bakery.

2. How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Custom cakes or special requests may require additional processing time, which we will notify you about.
  • Local Delivery: For local orders within 25 miles of our bakery, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after processing.
  • Nationwide Shipping: Standard shipping to locations outside of our local delivery area typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Please note, delivery times can vary depending on location, weather conditions, and postal delays.
  • Busy Seasons: During peak seasons like holidays, please allow for extra time for processing and delivery, as delays may be out of our control.

3. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Yes, tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Tracking details will allow you to follow your order’s journey from our bakery to your doorstep. Please note that sometimes additional delays may arise, such as postal delays or customs inspections (if applicable). Thank you for your patience and understanding.

4. What if my order is lost or delayed in the mail?

All orders are shipped with insured shipping to prevent loss or damage. If your order is lost, delayed, or returned to us for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the issue is beyond our control (e.g., the package being held at customs), we will assist you in filing a claim, and if necessary, we will send a replacement cake with priority shipping and full tracking.

5. Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

Since we only ship within the United States, no customs fees or import taxes will apply. However, in some cases, delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may be subject to additional delivery charges, which will be communicated to you before finalizing your order.

6. Extended Delays

While we aim to meet our delivery timelines, certain circumstances may cause delays that are outside of our control. These include, but are not limited to, postal issues, natural disasters, and weather conditions. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please reach out to us. We will assist you as much as possible to resolve the situation and ensure your cake arrives fresh.
